Flic started as a Slow Clay student in 2017 before joining our training program as an intern and technician in 2022 which naturally lead to a teaching role with us! Her ceramics practice has developed over the years under the tutelage of Jane Sawyer, Alana Casey, Judith Roberts, and Jane Annois as well as through self-directed learning and various workshops. Flic has a keen interest in slipware and its ability to create movement, relying on very few tools when applying it to her work. She is undertaking the professional development pathway and confidently imparts our ergonomic methods to her students in our Beginner’s Wheel program, our Wheel Taster and Private classes. Flic brings an open love for learning and passion for all ceramics to her students.
